Tara is a fully qualified NVQ level 3 stylist with over 20 years experience in the industry and also has an A1 teaching qualification in hairdressing. She also specialises in Cinderella Hair Extensions.
Ever since a young girl i have had my own dream of owning a salon. I am extremely passionate and always thrive for perfection in everything i do. I enjoy my job immensely, meeting new people and building great relationships which i believe is key in our industry.
I will continue to offer amazing customer service to the highest possible standard, being approachable is key. I have won awards and in the finals of Uk Hair Awards 2024.

I am a vivid colour and balayage specialist but offer a wide range of hairdressing services, including barbering, braiding, treatments & more.
I'm extremely passionate about offering a non-judgemental, alternative approach to hair. Using my knowledge and experience to provide an honest & realistic service to all my clients.

I have a 15 year old daughter, Jasmine, who is my motivation and reason for all that I do.
I am Halloween, spooky and all things alternative mad, being a lover of horror movies & a total true crime junkie..!
My qualifications include an NVQ level 2 in hairdressing, a diploma in barbering, along with multiple short courses I have attended, including hair extensions, festival braids, vivid colour & much more.
I have been a UK Hair & Beauty Award finalist 2 years running (2022 & 2023), this year placing in the top 10 in my district & 13th in the whole of the UK.

In 2016 Raye become a qualified hairdresser, the salon was then transformed into a vintage styling salon also offering vivid colouring.
Rayes passion for creating Updo’s really rocketed when she could add the vibrancy of colour, making a more fresh vintage approach.
The salon in swindon is like no other you’ve been to. Raye works solo so you really get that one 2 one day experience, good music, endless cups of tea and coffee and free WiFi for those that need to bring work with them. You’ll not be able to stop looking at the eclectic decor. If you want a salon where you can feel at home. Then this is it!
In 2024 the salon then downsized and found a new home within Platinum, it’s like a speak easy salon… you’ve gotta know where it is!
